In Deutschland leben 6,2 Millionen Erwachsene, die weder die Anzeigetafel am Bahnhof noch einen Beipackzettel lesen können. Sie gelten als nicht oder nur gering literalisiert.* Vielleicht, weil in der Kindheit eine Lernschwäche nicht erkannt wurde. Oder, weil ihnen ein regelmäßiger Schulbesuch nicht möglich war. Auch vielen Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund fehlt es an der für die Teilhabe an der Gesellschaft so wichtigen Lese- und Schreibkompetenz in deutscher Sprache. Ein häufiger Grund ist, dass sie die lateinische Schrift nicht beherrschen.6,2 Millionen mit mehr oder weniger stark ausgeprägtem Analphabetismus, das bedeutet auch: 6,2 Millionen Menschen, die kaum Möglichkeiten haben, aktiv an unserer Gesellschaft zu partizipieren. Wir finden: Daran muss sich etwas ändern. Betroffene müssen Bildungsangebote wahrnehmen können – ohne jede Scham.Hier setzen wir mit IRMGARD an: Mithilfe der App können Jugendliche und Erwachsene lesen und schreiben lernen.Mit IRMGARD können Nutzerinnen und Nutzer in insgesamt neun Leveln mit mehr als 100 Übungen ihre Lese- und Schreibkompetenz trainieren. Vorkenntnisse sind dafür nicht erforderlich.Darüber hinaus enthält IRMGARD Übungseinheiten für fortgeschrittene Nutzer*innen mit Tipps & Tricks für Beruf und Alltag. Diese entstanden im Rahmen des durch die Sächsische Aufbaubank (SAB) und den Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF) geförderten Bildungsprojekts WORTSCHATZ in Zusammenarbeit mit dem IB Mitte, Dresden, der IB Hochschule, Berlin, und Teilnehmer*innen und Lehrkräften von Alphabetisierungskursen.IRMGARD ist• 100% kostenlos• auf allen Android-Geräten nutzbar• auch für kurze Lerneinheiten zwischendurch nutzbar• Lernen ohne SchamgefühlMittels Videos, Animationen und Audio-Clips begleitet Sie Sprachpädagogin Irmgard Schwiderski durch abwechslungsreiche Übungen auf Ihrem Weg zur Lese- und Schreibkompetenz.
